The Ephraim Historical Foundation hosted its first-ever Pumpkin Walk on October 31! This festive fall event brought families and friends together for an afternoon of Halloween fun throughout the village. Guests enjoyed trick-or-treating at our museum sites, free tram rides between locations, a make-your-own caramel apple station, and a jack-o-lantern contest featuring prizes for the “Most Creative” and “Spookiest” pumpkins.

A highlight of the day was the visit from the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, which parked at the Anderson Barn Museum and delighted visitors of all ages. Costumed trick-or-treaters explored the Anderson Store Museum, Anderson Barn Museum, Iverson House Museum, and Schoolhouse Museum, while others took advantage of the crisp fall air and enjoyed the tram rides between sites.

The Pumpkin Walk was generously sponsored by the High Point Inn and proved to be a wonderful celebration of autumn in Ephraim. And a huge shoutout to our amazing volunteers who made this event so special!

The Foundation looks forward to continuing this new tradition each year.

Stay tuned for details about the next Pumpkin Walk!
