Pumpkin Walk
Join us for our first ever Pumpkin Walk on October 31st! This fall fun will be for all ages from 2-6pm. There will be trick or treating at our museum sites, free tram rides through the village, a make-your-own caramel apple station, and a jack-o-lantern contest with exciting prizes! Jack-O-Lantern Contest: The contest will be held outside the Anderson Barn Museum and winners for the “Most Creative” and “Spookiest” jack-o-lanterns will be determined via popular vote. There is a $5 fee per jack-o-lantern entry and will need to be submitted by October 30th at 5pm to be considered for the contest. Votes can be cast up until 5:30pm and winners will be announced at 5:45pm the night of. You do not need to be present to win. As a reminder, this is not an active carving contest. Any pumpkins submitted need to be already carved to be considered to win. Prize info coming soon!
Make-Your-Own Caramel Apple: $5/apple, held outside the Anderson Barn Museum. We will slice a fresh apple, top it with caramel, and then let you finish it with all sorts of toppings like sprinkles, nuts, candy, and more!
Trick or Treating: The Anderson Store Museum, Anderson Barn Museum, Iverson House Museum, and Schoolhouse Museum will all be available for trick or treating from 2-6pm on October 31st.
Free Tram Rides: 10-15 minute tram rides will be offered on a first come, first served basis between our museum sites. Dress in a costume to trick or treat along the way! Max 5 passengers/ride.
Park: Park at the Anderson Barn Museum or along Anderson Lane.
In case of inclement weather, the Pumpkin Walk activities will be held inside the Anderson Barn Museum.
